CC Toolbox Training

The Common Criteria Toolbox training will introduce individuals with backgrounds in computer science to the Common Criteria (CC) for Information Technology Security Evaluation and specifically to SPARTA’s CC Toolbox. At the completion of the training, students will have a general understanding of the CC and an in-depth understanding of how the CC Toolbox can be applied to create CC-compliant Protection Profiles (PPs) and Security Targets (STs). Practical exercises will give the students hands-on time with the tool, as well as one-on-one time to ask questions to the instructors. Each student will receive, at a minimum, a copy of the CC Toolbox; the CC Toolbox Users Manual; Part 1: Introduction and General Model of the CC; a student workbook containing the slides used in the training; and reference materials used during the training. All training documentation will be UNCLASSIFIED.
